_about_

minimal_8 is a top-down, 1-bit, 8x8 (or more like 7x7) tileset with a strong retro/roguelike vibe. The assets are designed for medieval RPGs, roguelike, or TBS (Turn-Based Strategy) games with a strong aesthetic. The minimalism of the tiles, paired with different colors, can fit many biomes and environments while maintaining consistency.

This is a V1.X! minimal_8 is under active development, and I am planning to release updates regularly (see the roadmap for what's next!)

• The free version of minimal_8 can be used for your non-commercial projects. Please credit me, and feel free to notify me if you use it!
• The reward version is the SAME as the free version. The difference is that it is licensed under CC BY 4.0. You can use it for both commercial and non-commercial projects. Attribution is required :). More info about the license here.
